Rai is getting a neat leather jacket for her casual summer outfit, simply wanted to draw it. Had a quick idea for a summer outfit for Dan, so I scribbled him next to her.
I didn’t realise Rai has a smile on her face until I scanned the picture. Guess she is happy after all that Dan appeared next to her, haha.
I was bored at one point, and in order to amuse myself I swapped Rai and Dan’s personalities and roles, or just thinking up different personalities in general. Swapping their traits probably was the most amusing to me, atleast enough that I felt the need to doodle stuff and actually come up with new designs for their Persona’s.
I had a lot of fun drawing these and thinking up stuff, and I likely would’ve drawn more if I hadn’t stopped myself, because that would rather have been counter productive than helpful.
But boy do I love Femrir, I’ll allow myself some more room for creation and fun and actually draw some full art of her eventually.

Mikuo and Rai in her daring outfits for the school event, during a rare moment where Rai loses all of her cool. It’s not too visible here, but Rai dresses up as Catherine, from the game of the same name.
Dan’s line below came from Shad, when I was coming up with different costumes and mentioned Mario and Luigi.
I have to say, Rai actually looks good with this giant mustache.

I think this is pretty self-explanatory; basically the initial way the relationship between Rai, Dan and Asuka goes in a nutshell.
No particular reason, I simply felt like drawing some characters in their PJs, and it was incredibly fun doing so.
I think the best one of the interactions in the bottom right corner is Dan going “Don’t you look at my girlfriend in her underweeeaaaaar”
Maybe I’ll make a sleepover part, since I do like casual events between friends and so far REM is rather lacking of these.

Currently I’m thinking about a redesign for it, it’s simple enough to fit Dan, yet not having significant enough details.
Not in chronological order, but this is a valid exception, because today (8/16) is Rai’s birthday. Originally I drew this last year for my own birthday, but I’ll leave this for Rai’s now as she got a date. I’ll draw something new for her in a bit, but for now this’ll do.
It might seem silly to ‘celebrate’ a birthday of one of your own characters, but Rai got very precious to me over the years for many reasons, so this is the least I can give her back.
